In search of bad weather, I spent late October and early November in Orlando, Florida. This was technically to attend a Computer Science conference, although I had many "holiday" days too. Alas, I missed the hurricane and instead had wonderful weather almost every day (typically sunny and in the 80s). Better luck next time!
